Jon has a 40-year career beginning his early years after graduating from the
University of Alabama in retail management and then joining Gulf Oil Corporation in
the 60's initially holding various sales and marketing management positions. In the
mid 70's with Gulf Oil, he moved into Human Resources, his first assignment in
Pittsburgh. Pa.. as the Corporation's Manager of Equal Employment Opportunity
Compliance and Federal Government Agency Relations. As a Corporate EEO Officer,
his responsibilities included establishing corporate policies, procedures and
practices regarding all facility Affirmative Action Plans, internal AAP audit and
enforcement activities and primary interface/liaison with the EEOC, the Department
of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Procedures (OFCCP) and federal
government legislative branches. After 5 years in this role, Jon became Director of
the Corporation's Recruiting and Internal Placement Department. Again, as a
corporate recruitment officer , his primary responsibilities included establishing
the policies, procedures and practices for the Corporation's recruiting activities
and coordinating the recruiting and internal placement of the company's six operating
companies. At that time, Gulf was recruiting and hiring approximately 4000-6000 per
year. Jon ended his career with Gulf as the General Manager of Human Resource for
Gulf Research and Development Company. His responsibilities included the overall
management of the Company's human resource activities, policies, and procedures.
With the Gulf/Chevron merger, Jon chose not to accept a position with Chevron in
California and instead joined Drake Beam Morin Corporation( DBM), an international
outplacement, career counseling and HR consulting firm headquartered in New York.
His first role was that of Vice President and General Manager of the Houston office.
He later became Senior Vice President and Regional Manager having responsibility for
a dozen DBM offices from Texas to Florida and the responsibility for $15M-$20M in the
sales and delivery of DBM services. Jon then joined Bernard Hodes Advertising,
the worlds largest recruitment-advertising firm and also headquartered in New York,
as Vice President of its Houston office for the Recruitment Enhancement Services
division. In this role, his responsibilities included working with and consulting
companies in developing recruiting/hiring strategies and options and consulting on
the development and organization of in house recruitment departments.
In the early 90's, Jon decided to take his background and experience and apply it
to the one area of HR that he most enjoyed and found the most rewarding and went out
on his own to focus on recruiting. During this period, he's had the opportunity to
work with dozens of companies and 100's of assignments for the recruiting and placement
of both contract and perm positions. He subsequently joined/affiliated with
infoTEAM, Inc., is a Vice President and is working exclusively with infoTEAM and
it's client base.

Myra Gass has been working in the Information Technology (IT) field since 1980. She
has been recruiting IT professionals, both locally and nationally, for the last 8 years.
In a consulting role, Myra has created and delivered internal recruiter training to
several organizations. Her experience in developing sourcing strategies and the
effective use of the Internet recruiting tools has brought value to her customers by
improving overall recruiting productivity. She has served in various roles from Contract
Recruiter to Corporate Recruiting Manager.
Myra knows recruiting and she also knows technology. Prior to getting into the
recruiting arena, she held the technical positions of programmer, systems analyst,
consultant, project manager and staff manager. She has designed and implemented
software applications for several major Houston corporations and is very knowledgeable
in full system life cycle development. As a technical consultant, Myra was usually
the first technical member to be assigned to an account and always brought additional
consulting revenue behind her.
Myra feels that being a former technical candidate herself gives her more insight as
a recruiter. Her technical knowledge and interviewing techniques enable her to coach
candidates to build effective resumes that improve their marketability. She is very
adept at matching the right candidate to the right job.
Myra is a Board Member of the Houston High-Tech Recruiters Network and also authors

for CDC's Cybernet Service Bureau Division where he was responsible for assisting
customers using financial and operations research applications.
After 6 years, he was promoted to Senior Sales Account Executive selling data
services in Houston. His major customer was Tenneco Oil - Exploration and Production,
which was the largest customer in the Southwest Region. He achieved 100% Quota Club

Browning-Ferris Industries.
In 1996, Mark was introduced to recruiting by a former peer and fell in love with
the business from the start. Mark's success has been due to his focus on customers
and helping them solve a problem. In recruiting, he now can help his clients as
well as candidates and hopefully bring the two together in a happy marriage.
"That's what is exciting and rewarding about this business, I get to help a client
and a candidate, two successes with a single transaction", says Mark.
Mark joined infoTEAM two years ago, his primary focus is sales but he also continues
to recruit candidates as well. His focus is with small to medium size companies and
has been very successful helping fast growth companies staff up quickly to meet
their needs. He is working exclusively with infoTEAM and is looking forward to
being part of infoTEAM for the foreseeable future.
